How to play MW3 online for free
So how do you play mw3 for free online. Their are a bunch of sites your probably will be able to download the game for free to play the campaign which are highly illegal but that probably won't stop the reader from checking looking anyways. Anyways, like you, I wanted to see if it existed/possible anyways.
Their are a couple underground sites that are illegal such as warez-bb.org or bayw.org that will probably get you exactly what you want. MW3COD.com does not support these sites in anyway other than acknowledging that they exist.
Lastly, playing MW3 online for free may be unlikely as each game will have a unique serial key.

Although I'm against pirating, I'll usually pirate just to see if a game is good and if I should buy it or not. With my trusty bitgamer account, I'll be able to get the game in an hour depending on how many people are interested. Which should give me just enough time to play through the first few levels, buy the game, play through the rest of the game, and spoil it to the COD players in my family.

I don't know if you were able to play Black Ops online via torrenting it, and it'll be difficult to get MW3 online via torrent download so I'd just buy the game or rent it

Pirated copies of games is easily available on sites like warez-bb.org. They even offer various cracks and key generators. While this works fine for single player missions, you cannot use these copies to play online.
